Welcome to the Community Education Center

Welcome to the Community Education Center (CEC) in Niagara Falls — a vibrant hub for lifelong learning and family support. Located at 6040 Lindbergh Avenue, the CEC provides a safe, student-centered environment where individuals of all ages can grow, learn, and thrive.

We’re proud to host the Early Head Start Program, offering free, high-quality early childhood education for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years. This program supports families with healthy meals, developmental services, and access to community resources — all in a nurturing setting that prepares young learners for future success.

Whether you're pursuing a GED, exploring adult education, or enrolling your child in a strong early learning program, the Community Education Center is here to empower and uplift our Niagara Falls community.
